Conditions: Firm must be registered for advance-tax withholding (ennakkoperintärekisteri). Labour only — materials and travel excluded. Works at the claimant's home, second home, or parent/grandparent's home. Spouses/partners may stack ceilings (€3,200 standard, or 2 × €3,500 on oil).
2026 changes: Amounts and thresholds frozen at 2025 levels. Home-office credit (kotitoimisto) phased out in 2026. Oil-heating 60% / €3,500 credit continues as part of fossil phase-out.
