  • 13% · cap 1600 € · Direct employer — 13% of wages + social contributions
  • 60% · cap 3500 € · Oil heating replacement — 60% of work paid to a firm, max €3,500 per person per year
  • 150 € · €150 annual self-paid threshold
Conditions: Firm must be registered for advance-tax withholding (ennakkoperintärekisteri). Labour only — materials and travel excluded. Works at the claimant's home, second home, or parent/grandparent's home. Spouses/partners may stack ceilings (€3,200 standard, or 2 × €3,500 on oil).
2026 changes: Amounts and thresholds frozen at 2025 levels. Home-office credit (kotitoimisto) phased out in 2026. Oil-heating 60% / €3,500 credit continues as part of fossil phase-out.

Conditions: Single-family permanent residence originally equipped with an oil boiler. Initial envelope EUR 35.6M (exhaustible). 2026 fund status to be confirmed directly with ELY-keskus Pirkanmaa. National phase-out of residential oil heating targeted by early 2030.

Conditions: Status TO CONFIRM — ARA dissolved in 2025, competences transferred to the Ministry of the Environment (Ympäristöministeriö). PNRR (Sustainable Growth Programme / Recovery and Resilience Facility) budgets for energy renovation programmed through 2026. Verification with Ympäristöministeriö required.
