2026 changes: Scheme extended to 2030 (Spending Review June 2025). Air-to-air and exhaust-air heat pumps added. EPC requirement removed. £9,000 uplift for off-grid oil/LPG conversions from July 2026.

ECO4 Flex (up to 50% of obligation): low-income non-benefits, declared via Local Authority.

Ofgem's page announces neither a closure nor a successor: it had not been updated at the verification date. The relays present in our data are ECO4 and the Warm Homes: Local Grant.
