Conditions: Energy advice by an accredited Klima-Agence advisor mandatory for multi-measure renovations. Preliminary approval required before works start. First approval request between 01/01/2026 and 31/12/2030. Subsidies paid for invoices issued between 01/01/2026 and 31/12/2035. Apply within 4 years from 31 December of the invoice year. Legal persons: de minimis regime (EU 2023/2831).
2026 changes: New 'Klimabonus Wunnen 2026' scheme in force since 01/01/2026: flat amounts in € per m² or per installation (instead of percentages), Tripartite bonus integrated into base amounts, removal of the minimum-age condition on replaced boilers, new bonuses for eco materials and green façades, invoicing window extended to 31/12/2035, direct PV pre-financing since 04/01/2026.
