2026 changes: Transitional scheme until 30/09/2026. Complete overhaul on 01/10/2026 to centralised Rénopack/Rénoprêt with mandatory guidance and financing tied to an EPC label jump.

Conditions: Minimum age 18. Single or family with max 2 dependants (SWCS); ≥3 children: FLW. Global taxable income (R.I.G.) two years prior < €122,800. Rénopack: prior Housing audit mandatory; Rénoprêt: for works without audit or where applicant waives premiums. Up to 30-year term, full repayment before age 86.
2026 changes: From 01/10/2026, Rénopack and Rénoprêt become the main pillars of the new comprehensive Walloon scheme, funding deep renovation tied to an EPC label jump.
