Conditions: Application must be registered before works start (with final report post-works). Refund 3-6 weeks after final invoice + photos via Enova app.
2026 changes: August 2025 mandate adjustment integrated etterisolering (retroactive insulation), historically uncovered. Per-dwelling cap raised to NOK 47,000 in budget 2025 including solar wall systems. Phase-out: some measures scheduled to close on 30 June 2026 — verify on enova.no.
