Conditions: Year-round primary residence in British Columbia, at least twelve months old. Pre-tax income ceilings by household size: $51,100 / $63,900 / $102,100 for one person, $94,900 / $118,600 / $189,800 for four. Assessed property value capped at $1,200,000 for ESP1 and ESP2 from 1 April 2026, $1,820,000 for ESP3. Pre-registration before work is mandatory; installation by a registered contractor, self-installation is excluded.
2026 changes: Rebate scales reduced for invoices issued from 6 July 2026, and the assessed value cap lowered from $1,230,000 to $1,200,000 from 1 April 2026.
