Conditions: House owned and occupied year-round by applicant; valid energy label in class D, E, F or G, unchanged since issuance; works not started at file submission; no combination with other public aid on the same project. Eligible works: insulation (façade solid/light, roof/unheated attic, floor, demolition of crawl space + new insulated floor), replacement of existing windows (roof windows and original bay windows only — not new windows), installation/replacement of ventilation, water-based heating (radiators). Execution by CVR-registered firm.

Checked on 29 August 2026 with the Danish Energy Agency and SparEnergi: Bygningspuljen, open from 2020 to 2022, takes no further applications, but files already granted are still being paid. The relay is Energirenoveringspuljen, opened on 27 January 2026 at 10:00 and closing as soon as funds run out, at the latest on 1 December 2026. It covers insulation, window replacement, ventilation and the move to water-based heating.
