Conditions: Single-family homes and residential buildings of at most three storeys above ground, maximum ground area 600 m². A pre-retrofit energy evaluation is mandatory, followed by a post-retrofit one. File review takes eight to ten weeks after the second evaluation.

The real relay is LogisVert, at Hydro-Québec.
